PTI is equipped with the Sabre System, to work closely with your in-house travel department on flight manifests, and we can monitor airline schedule changes at a moment’s notice, relaying that information to our airport staff. PTI can offer airline ticketing services for your program attendees, or for unexpected flights needed on site.

PTI has an on-going working collaboration with hoteliers, restaurateurs, industry colleagues, vendors, retailers, Chambers and cultural organizations throughout Palm Beach County. Involvement with the Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau keeps us current on the pulse of our area. Moreover, PTI's President, Lexye Aversa, serves with the local Hotel General Managers on the Hotel Association Board of Directors, which furthers the trust and common relationships that also benefit you as our client, and your attendees.
Lexye Aversa has also served as Secretary and a Director of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and its Foundation, which offers a link to unique speakers and spouse programs. She participates on multiple committees within the hospitality industry and philanthropic community. PTI crosses over into charity circles, touching multi-arenas within the Palm Beach community, bringing together the vital voices and personalities that make up the mosaic of the destination!
With strong ties to the cultural scene, PTI produces private performances in conjunction with the Palm Beach Opera, Ballet, the Palm Beach Pops, the Palm Beach Symphony and other specialized artistic and musical entities, in addition to sizzling shows, orchestras and bands. PTI’s local connections offer entrée to unique speakers, innovative spouse programs, visits to exclusive mansions and priceless private collections, a true "insiders" Palm Beach.
